Gestalt therapy

"Gestalt therapy is an existential and experiential psychotherapy that focuses on the individual's experience in the present moment, the therapist-client relationship, the environmental and social contexts in which these things take place, and the self-regulating adjustments people make as a result of the overall situation. It emphasizes personal responsibility".

This encourages change for a moment in time. Enforcing change on the person for a moment. Like saying "i" instead of "it". Or changing your movement to an exagerration. Could i make an installation where someone has to change their behaviour for a moment.

I am considering the key words of each kind of therapy. Gestalt therapy:
-Take responsibility
-Facilitating the process and then changing it
-Prompting you to imagine and deal with that person straight away.
-Discover your own process
-Recover the loss potential
-Talk about how you feel right now
